How similar to an outpatient clinic are you?
Physical Therapy 365 is a mobile outpatient practice. According to your physical therapy evaluation, we will have all the necessary items that you would normally find in a clinic setting.

What Insurances do you accept?

Medicare Advantage plans are not currently accepted.
Do you need a physician referral?
No! According to Texas law a physician referral is not needed to begin therapy by licensed physical therapist. A referral will be needed according to the Texas Physical Therapy Practice Act 10 business days after initial evaluation.
Are you appointment only?
Yes, appointments are required to schedule visits.
Do you accept cash?
PT Evaluation - $150
PT Daily Treatment - $125
Telehealth PT Evaluation from anywhere in the world - $100
Is it one on one treatment?
Yes! The treatment will be provided by a licensed physical therapist who will provide exceptional one-on-one care which is differentiated from the busy outpatient clinic.
